Dear Guests!

On behalf of my colleagues I can promise, that we will do our best to ensure that Your rest is pleasurable and smooth. For this reason I would like to ask You to read and follow the following policy.

Guesthouse policy

1. Check-in and check-out information
Rooms are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival until 11 am on the day of departure.
Room occupancy is available until 8 pm.

2. Room key
Our guests will receive a room key upon check-in after exact completion of the application form.

3. Basic services
The room price for our guests includes the following: breakfast of half-board accommodation, ticket for the beach (use of the swimming lake during opening hours), use of parking lot, access to WiFi in the whole guesthouse.

4. Security
A small safety deposit box is available free of charge in the guesthouse rooms.

5. Dining
The half-board accommodation starts with a dinner on the day of arrival and ends with a breakfast on the day of departure.
The main meal times: breakfast between 8 and 10 am. The dishes from buffet can be consumed only in the restaurant. Lunch and dinner are available during the opening hours of the tavern.

6. Fire protection
All guests are required to comply with the hotel’s fire safety regulations.

7. Smoking
No smoking and electronic cigarette are allowed in the whole guesthouse! Our smoking guests can smoke in a designated area 5 meters from the entrance of the building.

8. Privacy of our guests
Please respect the privacy of our guests and do not disturb them with any loud noise. Pay special attention to each other’s rest after 10 pm.

9. Values of the guesthouse
Furnishing and textiles (eg. plaids, towels, etc.) are not allowed to take out from the room!

10. Pets
It is forbidden to take dogs, cats and other pets to the guesthouse!

11. Leaving the room
Before leaving the room, please make sure, that the water taps are closed and the lights are turned off.

12. Failure reporting
We kindly ask our guest to inform our waiters about any malfunction experienced in rooms.

13. Damages
Damage caused by negligence or deliberate damages shall be refunded by the causer.

14. Parking
We provide free of charge parking for our guests, we do not take any financial responsibility for the vehicles.
The parking lot is equipped with recording video cameras.
