Guesthouse policy
1. Check-in and check-out information
Rooms are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival until 11 am on the day of departure. If cleaning up is done before this time, the rooms can be occupied before 3 pm. Please inform us in advance by e-mail or telephone if You would like to occupy Your room earlier.
Room occupancy is available until 8 pm, please inform us if you later arrive.
2. Room key
Our guests will receive a room key upon check-in after exact completion of the application form.
3. Basic services
The room price for our guests includes the following: breakfast of half-board accommodation, ticket for the beach (use of the swimming lake during opening hours), use of parking lot, access to WiFi in the whole guesthouse.
4. Security
A small safety deposit box is available free of charge in the guesthouse rooms.
5. Dining
The half-board accommodation starts with a dinner on the day of arrival and ends with a breakfast on the day of departure.
The main meal times: breakfast between 8 and 10 am. The dishes from buffet can be consumed only in the restaurant. Lunch and dinner are available during the opening hours of the tavern.
6. Fire protection
All guests are required to comply with the hotel’s fire safety regulations.
7. Smoking
No smoking and electronic cigarette are allowed in the whole guesthouse! Our smoking guests can smoke in a designated area 5 meters from the entrance of the building.
8. Privacy of our guests
Please respect the privacy of our guests and do not disturb them with any loud noise. Pay special attention to each other’s rest after 10 pm.
9. Values of the guesthouse
Furnishing and textiles (eg. plaids, towels, etc.) are not allowed to take out from the room!
10. Pets
It is forbidden to take dogs, cats and other pets to the guesthouse!
11. Leaving the room
Before leaving the room, please make sure, that the water taps are closed and the lights are turned off.
12. Failure reporting
We kindly ask our guest to inform our waiters about any malfunction experienced in rooms.
13. Damages
Damage caused by negligence or deliberate damages shall be refunded by the causer.
14. Parking
We provide free of charge parking for our guests, we do not take any financial responsibility for the vehicles.
The parking lot is equipped with recording video cameras.

Camping policy

Camping are available from 8 am on the day of arrival until 12 am on the day of departure. Occupation (of tent pitches) is possible from 8 am to 6 pm on the day of arrival. Please inform us on phone about arrival in other terms. Upon arrival and departure we will hand over and take over the tent pitches! If the Guest does not leave the tent pitch until 12 am, we will automatically charge the next day’s accommodation fee!

Registration of guests is possible at the restaurant with the waiters and requires exact completion of the application form.
3. Basic services
The camping price for our guests includes the following: ticket for the beach (use of jacuzzi during opening hours), the free of charge use of parking, showers, toilets, changing rooms and electricity.
4. Playground
Use of the playground and climbing areas situated in the campsite is recommended only under parental supervision!
5. Pets
It is forbidden to take dogs, cats and other pets to the camping!
6. Fire building
It is forbidden to build fire in the whole area of the campsite, the use of gas roses on grassy area is prohibited.
7. Smoking
We kindly ask our smoking guests do not throw away the cigarette butts on the whole area of the complex, but throw into designated containers.
8. Privacy of our guests
Please respect the privacy of our guests and do not disturb them with any loud noise. Pay special attention to each other’s rest after 10 pm.

The Management shall not be liable in case of lost or stolen values, for damages due to disasters, fire or events beyond our fault (eg. power failure). On request our waiters can put values in safety deposit boxes.
10. Fishing
Fishing in pond Keszegezőtó from the area of the campsite is prohibited! Cleaning on site of fishes caught in the Fishing Park is prohibited!
11. Damages
Please use the camping equipment properly! Damage caused by negligence or deliberate damages shall be refunded by the causer.
12. Parking
Our guests can drive in to the campsite for the time of loading and unloading, during other times they can keep their vehicles in the free parking lot. We provide free of charge parking for our guests, we do not take any financial responsibility for the vehicles.
The parking lot is equipped with recording video cameras.
13. Management rights
The Management reserves the right not to accept outrageously behaving guests and remove them from the campsite with immediate effect.
